Fallout: Greed

Prince Yada has faced Anthony Jacobs many many times over the past few years.  Jacobs is responsible for two of Prince Yada's title losses.  Now with his title once again on the line the experts placed the Champion Prince Yada has the underdog.  However Yada would once again prove he was destined to be the GCW CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPION! Ascending high to retain the gold.

The roar of the crowd was insane in this one.  Power and Glorry have been at the top of the power rankings for months and they have successfully defended their titles 3 times twice on Rage!  Boom Squad have been climbing their way back after the loss that saw the GCW Tag Team Titles go to the nWo.  Since then they have stayed undefeated and now have reclaimed the GCW Tag Team Titles!  The question is who's up The Brotherhood,  The Wolf Pack, nWo, or Power & Glorry?

Reports came out with the releases last month JBL was interested in a return to wrestling.  In his debuting GCW match he out last 7 other competitors to win the new comer Baytle Royal.  We look forward to seeing what JBL has up his sleeve has he earns his spot in the GCW Championship division. 

Blackwell recaptured the GCW Title!  In what is already considered the upset of the year.  Raymond Johnson entered the PPV with an impressive 5x and combined 707 days on paper as GCW Champion.  Blackwell has 1x and less than 30 days on the books as Champion.  Blackwell narrowly won his number one contender match with a roll up days before on Rage! over Tama Punk.   Blackwell looked like nothing more than another notch in the successful defenses column for Raymond Johnson.  

Blackwell stayed so aggressive during the bout he made Johnson look like a fresh faced rookie!  Johnson would begin a come back just to have a move reversed and be thrown through a table.  Blackwell haters say it was luck, how ever Blackwell had this to say; "Flukes only happen when you're not the best in the division.  I punched my way to that number 1 spot and now I slammed my way to the Championship!"
